You can build flows like: new row added to Content Calendar → create a task in your project tool → post a message in Slack. Notion scales surprisingly far — funded marketing teams with 15+ people run on it. But there's a point where the flexibility becomes the problem. When you're spending more time maintaining the system than using it, or when onboarding new people takes more than a day of Notion orientation, you've outgrown the tool.
